Berry-Tastic is a non-profit, for-charity digital zine centered around Strawberry Shortcake and her friends!
It will be a 8.5 x 11" digital zine with a wide variety of digital merchandise.
It will feature 25 artists, 10 merch designers, 2 writers, and 2 chefs.
FAQ!
🍰 Is this a charity zine?
Yes! This is a for-charity zine. This means that after any production costs are paid, all proceeds will go towards a charity of our choice.
🍰 What is the charity?
We have decided on For Goodness Cakes for the charity. They are a nonprofit organization that gives underprivileged youth the chance to have a birthday by matching volunteers to bake special cakes just for them. You can find out more about them here.
🍰 What generation of Strawberry Shortcake is this for?
This is primarily focused on the 80s & 2003 TV show/movie versions of Strawberry Shortcake but we’re open to other modern renditions as well. This is for any and all things Strawberry Shortcake related!

As we are still in the beginning stages of this zine's creation, our schedule is quite tentative. You can read our rough outline here.

While I haven’t directed a zine before, I have plenty of zine production experience, as well as related work/club experience in design, graphics, and illustration! I’m a game design student based in the US. I’m eager to get started working with you guys and make this zine a reality!

I've previously modded two other zines as a graphics mod. I have related club experience as a social media officer. I'm super excited to be a part of this zine and share the Strawberry Shortcake nostalgia!
